Eligibility
- To qualify for this promotion, consumers must purchase a valid Philips Monitor model during the Promotion Period, as outlined below.

Promotion Period
- Starts: 1 June 2026
- Ends: 31 July 2026
- All claims must be submitted by 9 August 2026.
Claim Limits
- Each individual consumer may submit up to three (3) claims.
- Each monitor purchase requires a separate claim submission.
- Promotion open to Australian Residents only.
Geographic Restrictions
- Only retail purchases made within Australia are eligible.
- Invoices must include:
  - An Australian Business Number (ABN) of the seller
  - A clearly stated GST amount
Claim Submission
- Submit claims online at Philips Monitors AU Promotion Website.
- Claims must include a valid tax invoice. Invoice must contain legible and legitimate details of the store including store name, ABN, address, phone number and product code or name.
- Image of barcode label must be of serial numbers to the actual product. No image will be accepted of the product packaging, or serial numbers attached to the packaging.
- Claims that are incomplete, unclear, forged, manipulated, or tampered with will be deemed invalid and rejected.
Gift Card Details
- This offer applies to individual (personal) consumers only. Claims from resellers, distributors, retailers, and business or commercial purchasers will not be accepted.
- Gift cards will be sent to the email address provided in the claim form within approximately 30 business days of successful claim validation.
- Gift Cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other goods or services.
